Apple CarPlay Cuts in and out

I have a 2021 SX and lately my CarPlay has been randomly cutting off and on. It doesn’t happen specifically when I go over a bump or pick up my phone. Sometimes it goes for a couple hours without stopping and other times it happens every few minutes.

USB port seems to be secure and I’ve tried 3-4 different cords for my phone. It seems unlikely my phone could be causing the issue but I’m not sure. Any help would be appreciated - thanks!

We have the same problem with our Telluride, it started about a week or two after we got it. We tried 3 different cables (all Apple) and we also tried 2 different iPhones. It did it with all of them.
The connection drops EVERY SINGLE TIME we drive the car and it has also done it while the car is parked. :confused:
It’s currently sitting at the dealership waiting to be looked at, hopefully they can find out what the problem is because it’s extremely annoying.

did you fix yours?

Dealership had to replace the audio unit. We haven’t had a problem since.
