HELP! Are forged wheel spacers better than cast?

Hey, guys, I recently bought a car and I am considering installing wheel spacers to make the tires flush with the fender, which is more beautiful.I learned that there are two main materials for wheel spacers on the market, one is forging and the other is casting. I don't know the big difference between them, and the price of casting is much more expensive. If you choose cast wheel spacers, will it cause unsafe driving? Do you have better suggestions?
