Kia Telluride Fuel Type: Premium Gas?

Just curious if anyone here runs premium gas in their Telluride. I understand Kia recommends just 87 octane, but has anyone run anything higher and do you notice a difference with fuel economy or performance?
And what about folks in higher altitudes? Do you run premium?

I found a video that suggests it might not be worth it.

I used to only use 91 octane in my vehicles because I was always told it was the better choice for my engine. But then I saw this video from Consumer Reports and it was pretty eye opening. Now I primarily use 87 octane, unless premium is required.

For the Telluride I can't see there being much of a performance difference based on the type of fuel. It would be an interesting test though.

Looked into it and there's little to no benefit, only in very few cases. 87 for me.

87 is definitely the way to go, from my experience with other vehicles there's no major difference with 91 aside from price.
Is anyone here in higher altitudes running 85? Its even cheaper. Someone in Dakota I know runs it.

I've never used 85 octane before. Does your friend recommend it?
