Kia Telluride Fuel Type Recommendations
I have some typical questions regarding the type of fuel everyone here uses in their Telluride.
Its great that for such a big V6 we can use regular 87 but there are many other layers to consider such as, if premium fuel grades like 89, 91, 92 and 94 (depending where you live) provide any real benefit to overall performance. I know its not necessary but sometimes there are benefits to paying a little more a the pump.
Preferred gas stations as well. I have been going to Shell without giving it much thought. The quality of fuel can vary depending on what gets added so if you have recommendations regarding that and reasons why, please include them.

Most of the country uses 87, 91 and 93 octane fuel choices. High altitude places like Colorado use 85, 87 and 91 as the available choices. I am wondering if Kia's recommendation for 87 octane translates to 85 octane in Colorado?
