Hello everyone,
I'm currently in the market for a used car, and I've come across a 2017 Kia Niro with a salvage title for sale. The car has a 2.0L L4 DOHC 16V HYBRID engine and is being sold for $16,500. The price seems reasonable, but I'm hesitant to make a purchase because of the salvage title.
I know that a salvage title means the car has been in an accident or has had some sort of damage, but I don't have any information about the extent of the damage in this case. I've researched the Kia Niro and it seems like a reliable car, but I'm still not sure if buying a car with a salvage title is worth the risk.
I'm hoping to get some advice from the members of this forum. Have any of you purchased a car with a salvage title before? If so, what was your experience like? Would you recommend it? Is there anything specific I should look for or be cautious of when considering a car with a salvage title?
I really appreciate any insights you can offer. I want to make an informed decision before making such a big purchase. Thank you in advance for your help!
