Tailgate Showing Rust

Hello, I am writing to see if anyone has any rust showing on their Telluride? I was cleaning mine the other day and I noticed the inside of the tailgate is showing rust. So unhappy as I take very good car of my car. Mine has 8,k miles on it and I got it in September. Really concerned that the build quality is just not there.
