Well sorry for delayed response but here were the problems with the 2020 Palisade. The first problem I had was a violent thud while driving, I thought I had hit someone or something, Next day while doing 70mph the thud again. Took it to the dealer Jenkins Hyundai in Jacksonville Florida. The technician who took it for a test drive on the highway said it terrified him when it happened, They gave me a tiny loaner which I found was too small for me so I rented from Enterprise. Hyundai was so unsympathetic about reimbursing me I found it amazing. Took them ten days to replace the fifth gear solenoid. That was with 8k miles on the car. Then my next adventure was with the rear lift gate at 11k miles . One of the the lift struts failed and was removed until they got a replacement. That took more than two months. So I had the car for ten months and for 2.5 months it was like having a used piece of junk not a brand new joy I was hoping for. So I traded it in at considerable loss of money. Never going Hyundai again. I took delivery of my White 2021 Telluride nightfall in February and have not looked back. I have a radio speaker issue which I hope they fix tomorrow and am also going to upgrade my exhaust to Borla. Kia has it all over Hyundai.
