What are you trading in for your Telluride?

As they are becoming more and more available I'm curious to know what people are trading in when they purchase their Tellurides. Was it another Kia? another SUV? Or something completely different?

If you didn't trade in a vehicle, what were you driving before you picked up your Telluride? What made you decide to go with the new SUV on the block?

Riding in a Lexus GX right now. Had some thefts and getting tired of the attention its getting.
I will wait until November, 2019 or later to get a Telluride, but I would trade in my 2018 Sorento. The only benefit I would see is seat belts for 8 occupants (3 in the back row), although the back seat hip room in the Telluride is only 4 inches more than the back seat hip room in the Sorento. It's hard to get two young adults into that back seat; 3 would be really pushing it.

Is the extra space in the back the main reason why you'd switch from the Sorento? I haven't had the chance to sit inside a Sorento to compare it with the Telluride.

Good call on waiting that long.

Wait some more and you might score discounts that only come as year end models clear out. However it can be hard to come across a deal.

Keep us posted on what you end up finding.
