Hmm, not sure about that. However, if you travel a lot or don't live in Great Britain but want to have a card opened at a British bank, you should look at which bank allows you to " view my bank account" easier, faster, and more accessible. For example, I know there are banks you should go to in-person to obtain some details regarding your bank account. Even if you are the owner, even if you have an app with an account of the same card, they have such a weird policy that makes you lose a lot of time and nerves. So I believe this is an important aspect.
