In search for the best Telluride winter tires, Goodyear, BFGoodrich, Bridgestone and Michelin came up.

Kia-approved winter tires packages with wheels, balancing, install and whatever else is thrown in should be available at local Kia dealers. Its probably the easiest route and if that's what you prefer, stop reading this thread.

For everyone else, or owners buying those packages that want to cross-reference (some tires mentioned below might be in them) what the dealer is telling you, this thread will be useful.

I started looking for tires in search of my own set but figured spend a few minutes to share my findings could benefit others. Feel free to include anything of value to this thread, being as detailed as you like.

With my original intention in mind, here's what I found:

Blizzaks have always been my tire of choice on ALL my vehicles and will be with the Telluride.
That probably explains why they're priced higher than average.
Once winter wheel/tire package sales kick off I might go for something cheaper. The winters near me aren't that bad. Drove a rental with some off brand tires and was pleasantly surprised.

Priced higher, yet lasted me 5 seasons, even with some slight summer driving.
