Yes, I have a 2021 Telluride nightfall and the black trim around the windows is fading. I've tried to make an appointment with Kia service and they just are not responding to me. Super frustrated with Kia's service!

Same here! 2021 Nightfall edition and the black trim around the windows is starting to fade. I keep trying to make and appointment with the dealership and they won't return texts, phone calls, or the online appointment booking! I have enjoyed my Telluride so far but the service experience has not been a great one.
