Nightfall Edition problem

I have a 2021 NF edition. And my trim was fading. They replaced the messed up ones under warranty but they have since also fading again. I have been to the dealership 6 times over the trim. 2 times the ordered the wrong color and 2 times they had messed up the replacement trim while installing. But they currently everything has been replaced under warranty and I have the correct color and unfaded trim. Hopefully it will last this time.
I'm sure in the matter of 8 months it will fade again, that's what I'm dealing with now. Dealership replaced the trim once, but refused to replace again and my vehicle is only 2 1/2 years old. I hate to see what it will look like in 5 years. If they interest rates were't so high right now, I would have traded it on already.

I have a 2021 Gravity Grey and I am having the same issues. I took my vehicle to the dealership in Oct 2022, and they've been giving me the run around ever since. They blamed it on car wash then told me to contact Kia Customer Care who gave me the run around and is now telling me to go back to the dealership. We need to figure out how to do a class action lawsuit like others have with the paint chipping. Does anyone else have any updates that could assist those of us who are still dealing with this issue? It's incomprehensible how utterly horrible their customer service is....last purchase.
I agree, I will never buy another KIA, they definitely do no stand up to their bump to bump warranty. I can understand if the fading and chipping was the customers fault, but this a manufactory issue!!!

I purchased my 2022 KIA Telluride nightfall edition in October 2021. The black trim around my windows were starting to fade and chip off within 8-9 months from date of purchase. The dealership changed every window including the 3rd row rear windows, but would not change the passenger 2rd row window, because they said it was it wasn't faded or chipping like the others. When I went to pick it up, now that the window frames were changed, the passenger 2nd row didn't match. So they said the would tell the manufactory I wasn't satisfied. Of course I had go back again once the parts came in to have that one changed, which was very inconvenient. If they would have just changed them all as I requested the first time, because I knew it wouldn't match. So fast forward to August 2023 I went to get an oil changed and I showed the technician, the window frames were starting to fade again and one of the windows started chipping. He stated he would get with the manufactory and get back with me. I waited about 2 weeks and I called, the technician said it was denied, there is nothing he can do. So he recommended I call the manufactory. Well I called the manufactory twice and they said if the dealership denies to change it, there is nothing I can do. So I called the technician back. He states he understands my frustration and all I can do is keep complaining in hopes they would approve it one day. Like I told him, I can understand if I caused this and they don't want to change it, but this is a manufactory problem and my vehicle has a warranty, this is not the customers fault. In my opinion why replace the window frames if they didn't have a solution for it not to happen again. There is no reason for a $53,000 vehicle less than 2 years old have these kinds of problems. Another problem I noticed last week is my leather on my steering wheel is fading to splotchy gray. I will never buy another KIA, because they definitely do not stand behind their warranties and the vehicle is crap within months of drving off the lot.
