Looks like I’ve got the same problem. Hopefully KIA makes good on this. I have a feeling there may be a lot of these. I had one of the first Nightfalls and noticed the problem yesterday. Just googled today and found this.

Yes, I've had the same issue with it fading 5 months after I bought it. I have a 2021 Nightfall edition also it looks horrible. I had it replaced 2x by the dealer and none of them matched and this last trim piece they put on is fading. The dealer said sorry they couldn't help anymore and to escalate it with the Kia consumer affairs. Well ok then they asked and now I'm going to deliver Here is the number to call and make a complaint also these pieces they put on will fade again It needs to be recalled. 800-333-4542

Hi! Can I ask where in Florida? I’ve been to two dealerships both with same district parts manager that is terribly rude and has offered to replace at 50% cost ($2k). This is absurd to me given this is a problem that warranty should cover! I’m beyond ticked and ready to scream.

4/12/21: I have same problem 2021 Telluride Nightfall edition. Going to dealer to discuss.

YESSSS Kia knows about this and is doing noting. I have a 2021 and mine faded with in 5 months and looks horrible. Every dealer ship I try to get help at is passing me around. LOG ALL YOUR COMMUNICATION WITH THEM!
